I believe this will help - I think you might need to upgrade to a "better" made BULB

Well I tried a few different brand of bulbs -some very very expensive but still same static problem.

Not sure what to do anymore - No static when the headlight are OFF

Found a fix --- No more static on radio
I ended up installing clip on Ferrite ring--- I clip them on the LED light wiring harness closest to the led bulb as possible
Bought them on Amazon

See you found the ferrite cores. Another thing that helps is a ground wire from cab frame to radio housing if the housing isn't bolted to anything grounded. I also replaced the stock antenna with a cheap aftermarket one. Apparently it gets a stronger signal which helped with static. I have 6 cheap LED's and very little noise just with aftermarket antenna and ground wire to radio housing. I also ran the antenna wire on opposite side from wiring harness and crossed the wiring at light switches at a right angle.

This came up at one of the fly ins at cedar creek when I heard a member who had noise from his new SkySensor from uAvionix. I recalled that some LEDs can issue hissing and that when I worked for a computer company in the late ‘70’s/early 80’s our techs solved the problems by. Installing ferrite loops/cores in the circuits. They are cheap and Used to be easy to get from the local Radio Shack. (Good luck with THAT these days!). The other fix was even simpler.... take a 1/4” bolt and wind the power source of the LED lamp around it about ten times and then remove the bolt. That leaves a “coil” of wire that accomplishes a similar effect.
We did this to two uAvionix SkySensor circuits and the noise disappeared. Good luck.

(I have a motorola microchip engineer who swears it’s always best to tie 3 overhand knots in all power supply cords To guard against transient noise. He does this on everything he owns.)
