Hello all,
I was lucky enough to up an old L175 with FEL pretty cheap from an estate. The tractor runs well and the essentials all function well. I got the tractor home the other day and gave it a good pressure wash and changed the oil and pulled the fenders/hood off to repaint.
Now that I can see what I'm dealing with it's clear that there is a small/moderate amount of hydraulic fluid leaking out of the clutch inspection cover. At this point the clutch itself seems to operate fine.
I've been searching the existing threads and my question is, is it possible to split the tractor between the clutch and transmission and just replace the leaking seal(s)/clean up any hydraulic fluid that contaminated the clutch? I have the Kubota parts and service manuals but it's difficult to get a sense of where the effected seal(s) are exactly.
Thanks,
Matt
