Leak from font axle

Went to change the oil on my BX 2370 today and this piece of metal was covered in grease and was dripping.

It looks like the front axle pivot point. You guys think a seal is leaking maybe?

Yes there is a bushing, o-ring and backer ring there. I think they are leaking oil that is mixing with dirt to make what you called “grease”.

Check the engine for possible leaks that are working there way down to the axle. Possibly a valve cover leak. If not, follow the instructions in post #2.
