Large data backups - how do you backup?

dang, my first backups were on papertape and needs an ASR-33 / PDP-8E to access them........
..today I have 100% backup of everything on a couple of 128GB flash drives,which includes files from DOS6.22/ WIN3.11 days to present

I have 3 NASs, one in the office, one in the safe downstairs (it has power and Ethernet pass throughs) and one down in the shop, totaling about 4TB. My computer backs up automatically at 2AM every other Sunday.
