Looking for a landscape rake to maintain a class 4 road , found 2 lands pride rakes .1 Lands Pride LR1584 with wheel gage for $700.00 and a Lands Pride LR2584 without wheel gage kit but has a RB35 blade for $700.00.ANY HELP ON THE BETTER DEAL? Im located in CT and both of these rake are around the year 2000

Landscape rake is not the best implement to maintain a road.
Look at a land plane, does a 100% better job for road work. ;)

If you do buy a landscape rake, gage wheels are advisable.
With gage wheels it is much easier to run the rake and have a nice level grade.
Think I paid approx $400 for a set of gage wheels and after using them a few times was worth the money.
