The silver tube is the Jack stand.

Can it fall forward if there was any weight added on the front?

The silver horizontal tube is the kickstand. I do not use it.
It will roll forward if I push down on the front, but it would take probably 50-100lbs of weight. As I said, this one has a tendency to roll back and sit on the rear gate. The gate is back against the wall so it cannot slide out.
