Started setting things up for the new QH. Figured I’d post what fits right away and what needs to be modified.
started with my 3 pt hitch... hitch. It won’t work, due to the design of the reinforcements at the top it will not fit on the top hook. I can toss the float bars on it so it will work. But that would force me to change the angle on the top link and once I get into moving and adding pieces. It’s likely faster to just toss this on without the QH.
Old finishing mower, I flipped the lower pins and they line up perfectly. However the top float bars someone welded in a brace so I’m going to have to make them a bit wider, to fit outside the top link pin so I can hook it up.
items I got new from Kubota.
As expected the LP tiller with the QH sticker fit perfectly, the box blade fit perfectly, I went to
Install the bushing for the top link pin and it’s too long for the snow blower. so I will have to grind about 1/4” off the bushing. The bushings were all from the dealer. As I go along I will add more.
