Getting my new (used) 52 hours) L3800 next week and I will be doing the loader install on it. I was wondering about bleeding air out of the hydraulic lines after the installation. Any advice would be appreciated.

No bleeding required, it will do it itself in a matter of seconds. ;)

You will have to run the bucket up and down a couple of times, and exercise the wrist action. All of the tractor and implement valves are open center, so just running the tractor bleeds the lines.

I just went through this myself today. Had the system completely drained, changed out hoses on both pressure and suction/return sides, had air throughout the system. Didn't work real well right off the bat, but enough to get the bucket off the ground and get out from under the awning where I did the work (where it's been for about 4 months). Went through a few cycles on each system, and she's working like a champ within less than 5 (probably less then 3) minutes.
