LA482 Kubota tractor starting problem

Hi all.
Having a problem with the starting circuit. If I jump the starting relay it will start. I replaced the starting relay but no luck. I have no wiring diagram. Either the new relay is bad or the control voltage is not there. Does anyone have advice on how to further diagnose? Is it a problem in the key switch?

I don't have this tractor but mine have all kinds of safety interlocs which may save limbs, but can be a PITA. I'd

1) Verify tranny is in neutral, shifter in neutral, clutch in, PTO off (I know is sounds stupid, but each of my 3 Kubotas has at least one interlock which can be sort of half way and stop the starter;
2) Check each fuse with an ohm meter

Hopefully somebody will have a less generic suggestion.

New tractor owner also, and having starting problems on BX 25 automatic. The fuel pump starts and pumps lots of fuel, but the engine will not even crank. I have recharged the battery, checked fuses, even removed starter motor for testing. How did you jump the starter relay?
