Anyone heard of installing a la434 on a b2320? The seller said that it would fit? I just want to make sure before I spend the money.

I don’t “know” that it won’t fit but Kubota states that it was not a loader that was installed on your tractor.

It "looks" like it mounts the same way.
They share a lot of the same mounting points and widths.

The LA304 meant for a B2320

LA434 meant for a B2301 / B2601

Yes the width is the same because the mounts to the sides of the front frame, which mounts the side of the engine, which is the same width between the two tractors.

Put 2 bolts into where you have screwdrivers.
Then make sure the center plate bolts in and clears

Then I would drill the Fel mount not the frame, much safer!

Either weld or have someone weld plates onto the back of the brackets and use this bolt hole to mount the back.

If you make a mistake drilling the mount, then you can weld up the hole and drill in the correct place. I would make a paper template of the frame holes, align the template on the mount, and drill the holes. Start off with small holes and try them with a piece of brazing rod to see if they are in the correct place. Or you can bolt the mount to the frame and spray white paint into the holes to mark the location on the mount.

Made the templates and dropped them off at the welder. My amateur welding technique isn’t going to get the job done.

So, I got the parts back from the fabricator and they did a crappy job! The welding was amazing but they did not follow the template so the wholes didn’t light up and some holes they didn’t even bother with. My fault for not getting things I. Writing and at the end they raised the price from 500 to 800. At the time I didn’t know they screwed up so I paid. Anyway it took me few weeks to get the holes lighted up and painted. I finally got the loader on today and it’s crooked!!!! No wonder the guy sold it cheap. What do I do now?

Give me pic's on each side of the loader.
Have you measured the mounts relative to the front bumper?

So I measured from front of the front tire to the top of the loader attachment and there is a 2 inches difference. How is that possible when it doesn’t look bent or damaged?
