I have seen it happen on bx's. Specifically the BX bulldozers.
Basically, it's the same thing I've been saying for many years. The tractor has limitations and a BX is a glorified lawn mower that just happens to have the same features as a bigger tractor; but it don't have the robustness as a bigger tractor. IOW, asking too much of it WILL result in weird stuff happening.
Now they're putting QA loaders on B series and similar to the BX, if you ask too much of it, it's gonna let you know.
Lastly, that's gonna have to go back to a dealer for them to inspect and make a call to the warranty department if you want warranty to help you with it. Contacting customer service is generally a waste of time, as they do not have the tractor in their posession, no way for them to know what's causing it if it's not there in front of them for them to see all of the components.
On the BX's if you don't have the loader levers TOTALLY locked, the loader will come off when you put a load on it. I don't like the design for that reason; in addition exactly 0% of owners will actually check the lock levers during operation to make sure something didn't pull one of them loose.
