La302 loader control valve

Just bought b7500. Getting home I realize there is no float on the bucket. Then I see the float position is on the tilt and not on the up/down position. Is this factory or has someone messed with the spools?

My B7500 float position is with the lever forward beyond the down position.

Float should be on the boom spool. Somebody has something wrong. My first guess would be the hose connections. Left right should operate the bucket. Up down should operate the boom.
