A loader stuck up is a tricky event.
Make 100% sure that nothing can get under or pinned in the loader frame.
With the tractor off try moving the loader control in every direction to see if it will drop, if not move on to the next steps.
You normally can not disconnect the disconnects as they will have too much pressure on them.
You would have to mechanically lift the loader frame up do do that.
Follow the line from the from the lift side of the boom cylinders ( side opposite the rod) up to the control.
Then with a bucket under it and a rag in hand carefully loosen that hose at the disconnect it will start leaking fluid and the boom will fall, let it do it slowly, if you loosen it too much it will fly off and cause major damage.
Once down swap the two lift lines for the roll lines at the valve and see if the lift will now work normally and now the roll get stuck.
If it does you have a valve or valve side quick disconnect issue.
If not you have a loader side quick disconnect issue.
