Hi, newly tractor owner, i purchased a used Kubota MX5200 with LA1065 loader, it has worked great since i've had it, Recently the loader has been slow to go up. I am totally green to tractors so any suggestion will be appreciated. Also i've notice the HTS doesn"t seems to Stop when you let off the petal. Not sure if this could be connected to other problem.'

There is a damper for the pedal. Could also be something jammed in the linkage. As for the slow loader, have you recently disconnected the quick couplers? They can seat enough to not leak but also not let full flow through them. Try disconnecting each and reconnecting.

Thanks MOOTS, i haven't disconnected the quick couplers, but i can check them out, i did notice that my tractor was low on hydraulic fluid, could that be the problem?

Yes low hydraulic fluid could cause the loader to act erratically.
But the fluid would have to be VERY LOW or the tractor operated on a very steep grade.
