I have had an L6060 Cab for maybe a year now. Bought from a dealer in SC. The three point position lever is real sticky/ catching the last 25% of the lift range. Makes grading with touch practically impossible. This tractor also has a draft lever and additional remotes. I have been back and forth to the dealer too many times. Don't think they know what to do. I am a mechanic by trade, but an older one with health issues that have so far deterred me from yanking the back tire and digging into the hydraulics, levers, etc. I believe its solvable as I do all issues. Dealer assures they have went back over everything.
For reference I had an L5030 for many years. Also still have an L6060 w/o cab. I know how these levers should feel. I have also operated NH, Ford, Kioti, MF, etc Not to mention heavy equip operator Case, Cat, Komatsu, etc
Any similar issues with others? And if the dealer no longer cooperates what should be my next step?
The optional, external draft control system offered for the L6060 tractor is a problematic Rube Goldberg design, rarely fitted.

Few dealers know how to set-up and adjust it and even fewer will take the time to do so properly.

Many (most?) such systems have been subsequently removed.

Good luck with your dealer.

Edit: Just realized that was replying to earlier thread wherein similar comments had already been posted.

OK I admit I am not a hydraulic valve specialist. I saw where you posted some pics of what looked like a fitting shaped check on the existing oem remotes? Vs a block mounted on the cylinder? Are those Summit? Are those spec'ed by pressure, size or..? I just quickly researched some threads you posted on and have not been thorough. Can do more research if necessary, just hoped it could be short answer and not troublesome. Don't want to come across as helpless. have been a mechanic most of my life just never got special hydraulics training.
People afraid to ask questions.are hopeless not helpless. You are neither.

The Summit check valves on my tractor are installed on my DIY outlets. Your tractor has nice (pricey) factory outlets which I assume you want to keep.

You can put a different style check valve on the cylinder itself. All that requires is some hydraulic plumbing skills.

Thank you sir! We have a local hose/fitting shop we deal with often and a Parker dealer within :30/:45 of here. Hopefully I will get to yank the cylinders and go visit them to hopefully gather the parts parts and pieces necessary.
I am puzzled by the online pricing and availability of the dpocv's. Wide range of pricing which I assume could be material/seal differences? Ex: Ss vs plated? As far as availability - an awful lot of Euro suppliers showed up.

Let your pocketbook be your guide. Parker will probamlyvwant it along with the contents.

These are poppet valve devices. Little if snything in the way of seals.
