Hi all, first post
Tractor has been flawless for me up until now.
1500 hrs,
Only today it started doing this.
If I am travelling forward and release the pedal, the tractor will slow to a stop, then travel backwards as if I am pressing the pedal for reverse. Sometimes it will continue to creep backwards for a few feet or more.
If I get off the seat while it is reversing the engine will fail to shut down.
There are no error codes and the speed display recognizes the reverse speed.
Potentiometer failure? but that seems unlikely as should shut down the engine when I get off the seat.
Servo problem and or is that adjustable to obtain a true neutral position.
Maybe a reboot of the ECU?

Thx in advance
Matt

Sounds to me like the HST treadle isn't centering. Just a guess as I don't have one.

I'd start where Flip mentioned. Be sure the speed control pedal has no sticks, dirt or debris under it. Might put a spray on silicone lube on the pivot pin. Look to see what is inhibiting it's movement.

From the manual.......
"When you stand up from the seat wilth the speed control pedal stepped on or the cruise control lever engages (ON), the engne will stop regardless of whether the tractor is moving or not. This is because the tractor is equipped with Operator Presence Control system (OPC)."
