have factory installed rear light switch, switch lights up when turned on, but I can't find any wires on the rear of the cab that the switch operates

usually 'optional' wiring is held with blue tape to the harness somewhere....

Those wires are likely on top of the head liner

Those wires run in the loom with the rear high mount hazard lights. They terminate at a plug that plugs into the OEM Kubota rear work lights by the mount. I had inquired which color wire was for +/- in another post but other than being told to get a circuit tester didn't get much help.

The wires are color coded into plug, red +, black -.
