I am getting these codes. Max rpm 1800.
Dealer won't tell me what codes are. Its a secret I guess.
120 mile round trip and 2 to 3 week waiting time at best for dealer repair.
Been doing my own mechanic work for 40 years.
Any help on the identity of these codes?
Would at least like to know what they are before I give up my tractor for an indefinite time to the dealer.
Use it every day.
Thanks!
Steve

Hopefully your tractor is still under warranty? Those codes do seem to be a state secret, they are not in the shop manuals, and my understanding is you are stuck with having the dealer fix it, as it will require being hooked up to a Kubota laptop to access the ECU. I am disappointed that he didn't at least give you a general idea of the problem. All of the error codes in the shop manual are also covered in the owner's manual, or at least for the 3560, so you don't gain anything for this problem by ordering a shopmanual.

Can you negotiate for a loaner or a tech to make a farm call?

Any other symptoms beßides the rpm message.

Keep us posted for anything you learn.

One of them codes is a derate code if your only getting 1800rpm. Can't help with the codes, but call another dealer to tell you what the codes are. Explain to the second dealer you are getting the run around from there competitor and wanting to take your buisiness somewhere that you can get a question answered without a bunch of crap mixed in ;)

As a generic Pxxxx code, it's showing an issue with the fuel pressure regulator, the first 2 are showing the abnormalities, 2nd set of codes is showing an open circuit in pressure regulator. Nothing that you'll be able to fix yourself, for sure.

All of those codes have to do with rail pressure. I'd suspect some of the wiring damaged. Or corrosion in the harness somewhere.

Also-worth mentioning-has the fuel filter been changed recently? Use ONLY the Kubota filter. They filter down to 5 microns, and to my knowledge nothing aftermarket even comes close.

One thing about the common rail systems. They aren't nearly as sensitive to air in the system as the old mechanical injection systems were, but, they're "extremely" intolerant of water and dirt. Water and/or dirt will destroy the entire system, which is nice and expensive to fix.
