When you fixed it before, it was this seal you replaced and not O-rings right?

When you open it up, try and wiggle the shaft, if there is any movement buy a new pump.

Ok I pulled the pump and checked the shaft for play, there is none that I can see.

Bought a new seal part 030 on the diagram and also bought the 110 seal which was missing. I'm not sure what happened, maybe the last time I changed it I installed the seal wrong?? this time I greased it up well so it went on smoothly.

Changed the oil which was way overfilled and now it's back in operation. I'll monitor during the next usage and report back. Or maybe I'll just sell it as is.... lol
