Does my L4310 have a filter suction screen, and if so, where in heavens name is it located? The manual leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to graphics.

Nope no screen it's all done with filters, they got rid of using screens many versions before yours. 
I don't know my l4310 has a suction screen?? Right side(sitting in the seat) just across from the front of the rear tire. Goes through a banjo fitting into the main case??

It appears I was 1/3 wrong, Sorry!
I missed it on my initial search of parts.
If you have a HST it has one, if you have a GST or DT then it doesn't appear to have one.
