OPC is related to the seat switch

P0547 = Exhaust gas temperature sensor 0 (T0) abnormality

If I'm reading the WSM, the error is about the Temperature Sensor for the DOC Inlet Exhaust. If you follow the exhaust pipe coming from the engine, it will be the first sensor that is on the DOC/PDF canisters. Look to see if the wiring going coming from the sensor is connected.

Was the engine warning !ight on? Is it still coming on when you turn the key switch to "on"?

Are you sure it also said opc?

Mdhughes suggestion is one you can do without having access to something to test the voltages, recommended diagnostic procedure requires computer access to a bunch of test points from the look of things. Since it is an exhaust temp too high code, it might not be a continuing problem, but you could follow the procedure to clear error codes, and get the message to go away. What were you doing when it came on?

There is a way to test the voltages using the instrument panel by placing it in to test mode. I have messed with this a little, but you need the WSM to tell you how to put it in "Test Mode".

You can also clear the code after you fix the problem by placing it in "Error Information Clear Mode".

You can download the WSM from Kubotabooks.com. ;)
