I don’t believe the design of the transmission supports the addition of a mid mount PTO. I suppose with some thought and ingenuity a belt driven (from the rear PTO) mid mount could be mounted in the appropriate location, although it’d need to go through a gear box or the right ratio of pulleys to increase the rpm. There’s probably a couple other ways to get there as well.
As an FYI, the Grand L series do support having a mid mount PTO added to them.
