Good morning 11-13-24 I am a new tractor owner and just purchased a tractor for the deer lease I am asking if anyone on here has the same tractor and what to look out for as far as maintenance issues, mechanical issues with this model. It did not come with a manual but I will try and download one online. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Only thing I would add, make sure the fuel you use is clean and fresh...

Welcome and congrats on the new tractor! I have the 2502 which is basically the same tractor with just a different engine. Great tractors!
I am assuming this a used tractor since you didn't gt a manual and that it's the older model (01 vs 02). Depending on the hours on the tractor, I would want to change all the fluids and filters this way I had a known good starting point for maintenance. Grease all the points, check all the bolts for tightness and inspect all the wiring for any chaffing. This will help you get acquainted with your new machine as well.

I have a 2021 L3901 with 400 hours. There have been ZERO issues. Just about to do the 400 hour service on it.

Be absolutely maniacal about the quality of diesel you’re putting in the tank and add additional Cetane if necessary.
Use a Mr Funnel (or something similar) to keep water out, an algaecide as needed from time to time, and keep the tank full so condensation doesn’t become an issue.
And to cut down on frequency of DPF regens, run it like you stole it and don’t let it sit idling if you’re not actively doing something.
Become extremely familiar with the DPF functionality and do NOT ignore any DPF-related chirps, lights, etc.
Your common rail engine will thank you.

Welcome! A free bit of advise, DO NOT loan your tractor to anyone. They could think they are doing you a favor and end up filling the tank with GAS. If it's at a lease might fill up a couple of old socks with moth balls and put them under the hood of the tractor and under the seat.

I have a 2017 L3901 that I purchased used in 2019 with approximately 300 hours on it. I now have over 850 hours and knock on wood, no issues other than an adjustment needed to the PTO switch. Only took me a few minutes too figure that one out as I got of for lunch and all was good then when I got back it was not. If I had any advice it would be to run it, turn over your fuel by only keeping on hand what you will use in six months or so, and when it calls for a regen, run it and let it do its thing. One last thing, slow rpms will require more frequent regens. Good luck with your purchase!
Congratulations! Beyond what others shared above, If this is your first I’d recommend to familiarize yourself (if you haven’t already) with some videos from Tractor Mike on tractor safety and also read learn about ballast and tractor roll overs. Be aware of the center pivot front axle and how that works.

Great tractor! I run the same tractor from 2015. Just about to hit 300 hours. I just did the 400 hour service because it is that old and I feel better changing all the fluids. Only issue I have had is the PTO switch lever. Keep it lubed up and it should be fine. I run Ag tires and filled them with rim guard ASAP as the tractor was tippy. I also moved the tires to the widest stance possible as I work on hilly ground. Enjoy
