L3800 third function value price

I'm kicking around the idea of getting a grapple but I'll need to have a third function valve installed. This is a modification I would have my dealer install. What is a ballpark price for this type of work?

Dealer installed Land Pride 380-168a on my B2650 for $1000 even at time of purchase. Not sure if that's the same model you would be looking at, but can't imagine it being much different in either direction. I don't even plan on getting the grapple for a while, but know I eventually will and wanted to save myself the trouble down the road...

i wouldn't be suprised at 1200 with the pick up and delivery fee of the tractor they probably won't install on-site etc. so you need to get it there. i'm considering a third fuction as well but i'm going to install it myself.

I had considered a grapple myself. But most look very big and heavy. Where the L3800 will only lift 1000 lbs. If a grapple is 5-600 lbs. That really cuts down on the usefulness unless your only grabbing brush.
Edit : Just looked at the SGC0660 grapple. Only 250 lbs. I like it.
