Where can I download a PDF for a L3800 HST shop service manual? I have a shop service manual for the L3830 . . what is the difference between the L3800 and L3830? Same tractors mechanically? Only cosmetics or a total re-design?

What is the difference between the L3830 and L3800 other than years of production? Are the differences mostly cosmetic? Can the L3830 manuals be used for servicing the L3800 series??

Don't know about the free download manuals. I looked a little for them. Finally just ordered a shop manual, a parts manual, and an orange binder. About $160 total. Ed B

L3830 is a Grand L tractor or deluxe. standard equipment: rubber floor mat, digital readouts, hydraulic PTO engagement, telescoping end links and stabilizer links, fancier sheet metal work, cruise control and taller tire package.

L3800 is a standard L tractor or economy
