L3600 wont shut off with the key

I'm looking for a wiring diagram for an L3600 to figure out the fuel shutoff solenoid. If i run 12v to the solenoid it functions as it should. What sends the signal to the solenoid to function ? I have checked all 5 fuses and there good.

I cannot find a WSM for your L3600.

If applying voltage to the solenoid stops the engine, then there is likely a timer in the circuit so that power is only applied for a few seconds once the key is turned to OFF. The timer may be suspect.

Some designs move the solenoid to start the engine others do it to stop.

According to Messicks web site there are a number of models of L3600 tractors.

More details on your particular tractor would help such as type of transmission, 4WD, cab.....

i had a corroded ground many moons ago keeping one (different color tractor) from shutting off,

It's controlled by a key stop timer, right side under Instrument cluster.

This is a L3600 Glide Shift 4x4 no Cab.

I have found the Timer Relay is there a way too test it ?
I have set you an email with a link for the WSM, it has the key stop timer testing in it.

Thanks just what I was looking for this seems to be a more complete SM than I had found online Thanks. I'll check it out and get back with my findings.
I'm in the process of fixing both the glow plug controller AND the part that has likely failed you - Relay "Timer, Key Stop" Kubota part# T0070-31410. A website: LawnEQ carries most of these OEM parts at a slight discount. Best of luck !

I Found a few issues with mine one was the fuse block was broken for the fuse that controls the fuel shut off solenoid. I repaired that and also found the fuel shutoff solenoid shaft was rusty and wasn't pulling in all the way to shut off the fuel. I replaced the fuel shutoff solenoid and it shuts off now 50% of the time I think there is still some adjustment someplace that I need to do to get it to shutoff all the time.
