I have a L3600 that the right rear wheel will not turn when I try to drive forward or reverse causing left rear to spin. If I jack up the RR wheel I can turn it by hand Any suggestions ?

Are your tires filled?

What air pressure are they at?

Sometimes with low air pressure, there is enough of a seep in the bead, and you wheel spins inside of the tire ...

Sounds like you have a bearing or gear issue and and when you put weight on it, it binds up and won't turn.

No sir tires are not filled, the rim on left will turn but not the right. I haven’t had a lot of time yet to gather all of the symptoms. I haven’t found that the rear PTO is free to turn by hand so I do see disassembly in my future. Like North Idaho Wolfman said, I could even have rusted bearings or trans/diff problems. Previous owner worked it very hard with no love shown to it.

You are correct, I’m beginning to think that it’s more serious than I would like it to be.
I’m not as familiar with tractor drive trains only construction and automotive stuff. Tractor has sat a couple of years and has milky diff oil so I may have some rusted parts or diff lock issues. I’ve got some more things to check so I will have all the symptoms.

These are the most likely candidates.

Wouldn't be the diff lock, or brakes because they would still be stuck when you lifted it.

I'm thinking something like a stripped spline or gear is more likely than a bad bearing. But one way or the other, things have got to come apart.
