L3560LE ROPS Spare Wiring Harness

Multiple posts claim there's a spare wiring harness (key activated) under the left fender of the L3560LE. Can someone provide more detailed info on where it is? I can't locate it.

I did find a spare harness under the controls with a white connector, but it's somehow connected to my 3rd function and a 10amp fuse (yes, I accidentally blew it).

My L2501 has a spare connector, not a spare harness tied in with the wiring under the left rear fender. It's for a work light and turns on with the ignition switch. It's on a ten amp fuse and one must add a switch to turn if off or it's on all the time the tractor is on. Some tractors may have this connector under the right rear fender.

My L3560 has 3 white connectors on the right side. I pulled the round rubber plug by the switch knock outs and could see them through the hole.
