I like mine. It does what I need most of the time. On occasion, it would be nice to have a little more PTO horsepower when brush hogging heavy, thick material. Yet, overall I'm very satisficed and would buy it again.

Things I have learned and would add to my initial purchase.

  • 3rd function valve; didn't realize how valuable a grapple could be
  • Two rear remotes
  • Rear windshield wiper; cab windows get dirty in the dry summer months
  • Rear cab lights; first night out using the tractor I realized all my lights were facing forward and nothing towards the back; I had to correct that one
Finally, just a comfort item I would consider is an air ride seat. Yet, that is me being an old softy, but I'm also a tightwad and would probably not spend the money on it.

I agree with Bmyers, like he has though, make sure to get the LA805 loader. I have the 2296 HD bucket and cutting edge which really takes some abuse.

I have the ROPs L3560 LE with the 805 loader and am very happy with it. So far it's done everything I have asked of it. I started looking at standard L Series and was able to get the grand L at just a little more money. So far horsepower hasn't been an issue, but like every red-blooded American male, more would be more. I have the standard seat which works fine for me. I did add 3 rear remotes and the 3rd function, however, I haven't install the 3rd function yet because I don't have a grapple YET. The grapple is on the list as the next implement to purchase. I also added a tooth bar to the bucket which is invaluable. I've got a few projects where a backhoe would be helpful but for as often as I'll need it, I'll probably just rent a mini X. I've had it 2 years now but still haven't quite hit 50 hours. I bought my tractor to have available when I need it and planned to keep it for a long time. With projects planned for when the weather gets nice, I'll probably put at least 50 more hours on in 2024. I don't think you could go wrong with the 3560 provided it fits your needs.

I use my L3560LE for every task possible.
It has been a great machine. Far more capable than the spec sheet would indicate.
I just wish they came with the front rim/tire combo that the MX has.
