I've decided to convert my L35's TL720 loader to SSQA. I found a NH! dealer about 2 hours away that will order me an ATI Tach-All QA-KU4 with about 4 week delivery.
2 Kubota dealers have been unable to help. Is this my best option?

NH as in New Holland. Guy's been very helpful - even tried to convince me I could buy one closer to home.
I asked him what color, he said probably black. I told him I didn't really care, but I'd prefer not blue, red or green.

Ah gotcha. What plate do you use on your bucket with that, any universal weld on?

I really don't want to cut up my good, round back bucket to convert it.
My first attachment will probably be a fork frame. My BIL has some worn out forks I can use to haul saplings to the disposal gulley. Eventually, I'd like to get a grapple, after I get a third function. If I find a 60 or 66" SSQA bucket, I'd get it. And an auger would be nice, if I needed it .

I think these are available from many sources. They ship it to your house. Why deal with a dealer 2 hours away?
I don't want to try to fab one.
ATI seems to be the only current supplier. They only sell to distributors. The distributors only sell to dealers . . .
Besides, I'm retired and it's a nice drive.

Just curious if that’s a good price compared to your NH dealer?

Dealer quotes $1,019 + est $150 freight, so a little more. Asktractormike.com is at $1,159, not sure if that includes freight. Plus sales tax on all, 9.75% in Tn.
I just called W R Long to see if they still make an adapter - they're not shown on their website. They do still make them to order, 8 wk delivery. Have to go through a dealer. Price sounds similar, but I haven't called the dealer yet.

Price, delivered especially, is good. Delivery, if close to quoted, is much better.
I ordered the adapter and Titan pallet fork frame (BIL has some old forks I can use) tonight on Amazon. Should have by weekend.
Thanks for the heads-up. The listing is hard to find on Amazon.

So are you going to remove the ssqa adapter each time you need your bucket?

For now I will. My biggest need right now is to haul cut saplings to a gully for disposal. I hate to cut up my round back bucket to convert it. I'm keeping my eyes open for a 60 or 66" SSQA bucket.
A grapple would be nice, but I'd have to add 3rd function. One step at a time.

Cool, post up some pics on your progress if you don’t mind.... I’m not getting any younger so the phrase work smarter not harder is really coming into play. A ssqa will help me do just that.

Well, Amazon shows them both shipped yesterday, one UPS and one FedEx. First mod will probably be adding a backstop on the fork frame. We'll see.

Used SSQA buckets are pretty cheap on Craig's list.

Been watching. I can always buy a cheap new one for $7 - 800 on-line. No rush.
Put an ATI SSQA adapter on my B21 and welded on a plate to my old bucket. Adding the adapter was the best thing I ever did.

Jim can you post a picture of your bucket with the adapter? I’m trying to wrap my head how this would be done with the curved backside of our buckets. Thanks.
