L35 glow plug

The glow plug on my L35 does not go out even though the tractor starts as usual and I do not hear the buzzing sound that I heard in the past. The light stays on when the tractor is running. I'm looking for some advise on where to start looking for the problem.

First thing to confirm is are the glow plugs actually on. Check with a multi meter at the glow plugs. I would guess if they have been they would be burned out by now.

Had same issue with my L35 a few years ago. Turned out to be bad GP controller. Good luck.

Sounds like the glow plug controller is not functioning properly. The glow plugs are energized during the starting of the engine. After the engine starts the glow plug controller disconnects the power to Them. The WSM has a very good description of the glow plug controller and the electrical diagram
