If I could not figure it out I would run the remotes in series with the 3PH and see if that works.
I have a FEL on my L3200, and the dealer put my remotes in series with the FEL valve lines.
On my old L185 there was a block by the left hand side of the seat that covered the hydraulics lines. It was internally drilled and welded to allow flow through the lines. When I got remote hydraulics with it, they replaced the block with a new one that had 3/8" NTP ports instead of being drilled for flow through the block.
Best of luck!

I agree with gpreuss that oil should flow through the remote hyd valve while traveling to the 3 pt valve IE attached in series not parallel

the 3 ports are pressure from pump, power beyond, and return to tank.
it sounds as though you hooked your new valve between pressure from pump and return to tank. you need pressure from pump and power beyond. take note that using a non power beyond valve in this manner will work but it is adding the new load to the existing load, which means it may be easy for you to start hitting the pressure relief setting.

i assume your block looks similiar to this pic
