L3400 not starting

My L3400, 2009 suddenly won't start. I had run the tractor 1-2 hours, stopped the engine for 20 minutes and then it won't turn over. When the key is turned to ON a buzzing starts below the control panel, right side. If I turn on the flashers, same thing. No other response from turning on the key.
I've checked: battery-OK, all fuses-OK, fuel-OK.

Could it be a safety cutoff device?

Unless you drained the battery, you have a safety switch problem. Make sure the hydro control pedal is in neutral (sometimes they stick just outside of neutral causing a no start). You may want to jiggle it back and forth with the key in start. You can rule out safety switches by (being very safe) while crossing the two terminals with a paperclip.

Is that the connections on the safety switch? The safety switch under the seat has 3 wires, blk,blue,orange.
