I recorded a video of tryi g to start the tractor... But, I don't know how to put it in here.

Getting fuel at all three injectors. Engine cranks, get some darkish, diesel smelling smoke.. But,does not start running.
Post the video on You tube and post a link here.

It is probably not that cold in Oklahoma but you can try to heat the whole room for some time and then try to start it

Fit has been below freezing the last few mornings. Even though the tractor is inside, it is not possible to heat the building. Huge building, no heaters.

Streetmedik -

If it makes you feel any better, I took a long drive to an auction early this morning.

I was pondering your situation en route....racking my brain for something we might have missed.....

It'll get there - hang in....

Do you think it had trash or really bad fuel run threw it?

Bag it twice and box it, and send it to Oregon Fuel Injection.

I would also do the same with the injectors.

They will test everything and rebuild it according to what it needs.

We put in fresh fuel... But, could have had some crap from previous lack of tlc.

Our delivery driver is making a run to hot springs Arkansas tomorrow. The place the local kubota dealer send injection pumps is in fort smith Arkansas. He will be at their door when they open at 8:00 in the morning and will have it ready for him on his way back through later in the day.

The place is Arkansas Fuel Injection.

Hopefully it fixes it. I have 3000 pounds of glass we dug up today that needs brought into the building.

Now that's service, both delivery and repair!!

When you get it back on the tractor you now have first hand experience to bleeding it.

Might take the line loose coming out of the fuel tank and let it drain a pint or so it get anything that might be in the tank out, and to see you have good flow.

Mother delivery part is my driver... He is delivering a load of our glass rocks to a shop in hot springs.

Hopefully the Gertrude the Kubota will be ready to go sometime on Wednesday.

My delivery driver returned to town. He called and told me he had the now rebuild injection pump. They told him the orings were bad and they provided a paper with detailed instructions on how to refine the tractor. Total cost for the rebuild, $140. Much less than a replacement pump.

I'll put Gertrude the Kubota back together tomorrow.

Always buy diesel fuel from Loves gas station. They don't say bio-diesel. But, who knows what is really in their pumps.

What about using something like Diesel Klean for a few tankfuls to make sure the injectors are clean?

The agony continues.... New injection pump puts out nice strong spurts of fuel at all three pipes..... Still can't get Gertrude the Kubota to fire.

How to I test and or clean the injectors?

I really would recommend that you send them in and have them rebuilt properly and with test equipment, but, Yes you can pull the injectors and clean them, it's not that hard.

Here is what they look like on the inside, clean them with brake parts cleaner, or carb cleaner, and make sure they are dry when you put them back together.

The WSM should show you exactly how to clean them properly.
You do have the copy if it right?
If not I'll give you a link to download it.
