Fel was up and 3 point was up when arc occurred immediately shutting engine off at 2000rpm in netural.

-Tried to start, only got single grind so I clamped clutch turned manualy only getting 1/4in

Checked slow fuses to mini fuses. None blown. (Did replace ignition since I had one on shelf)
Checked fuel fuel with key engaged gets by shut off fine. Solenoid functions correctly.
Checked starter replaced ground bushings and Solenoid tests good now.
No visible blockage of flywheel.
Towed to a shady rolled freely(clutch still clamped.
Bleed some hydrollic fluid at filter/fel connection/3 point cylndrrs before removing hydrolic pump(bench tested and good)
Removed glow plugs and tried to manually turn stil 1/4 in forward and backwards no fluid escape.
Drained oil to check for expensive glitter. None in pan, oil filter paper, or under valve cover.

I'm out of ideas. Know it not a safety or pto switch it tries to crank. Don't kn

Have you pulled the starter?
If you have, Pull the injectors and see if that changes anything.

Have you pulled the starter and tried turning it from the flywheel?
Have you verified that the PTO / mid PTO is not partially engaged, as that can mechanically lock up the engine, because it does not run through the mechanical clutch?

Starter removed and tried at flywheel but no movement there.

Rear PTO spins 1in. No mid PTO that I could see just plate cover.

What did it arc to, High voltage, or just jumper cables or charger?
What had it done / been doing that required it to be jumped.

I was jumping from tractor to 550g crawler. Tractor was at 2k rpm in neutral with the FEL fully up and 3 point was fully up and locked out to stay up when it happened.

Going to take it in to kubota dealer on the 10th. I'm just trying to fix what's in my capabilities. I split the tractor 2 years ago to swap a seal and remove a spacer.

Splitting is doable but doing it on a gravel drive is not on my list of want to do.

The details seem a bit sketchy here. Not that I know (or am willing to guess) what your current problem might be, but I am indeed curious as to how it all came about. As I'm seeing what's posted so far you were connecting jumper cables from this tractor to another tractor, this one was running at 2000 RPM. The other tractor (I assume) was not running, battery was dead? SOMETHING produced an arc? And what was that? At that point this engine suddenly stopped, now won't turn at at all? You "think you welded a bearing"? That would be pretty unusual, to say the least.

I agree. A welded bearing is unusual. But I'm that unlucky person its happened before.

For all who are looking for the magic deep 46mm socket you're only gonna need for 1 crank nut I recomend Everbul extra deep 46mm socket on amzone 24$ fits and leaves enough room for a good breaking bar
