There are chinese ones on ebay for about $20 a pop. The OEM Kubota ones are about $60 a pop, part number 16415-65512. I personally would not put the cheap ones on any of my equipment, but that's just me.

Anyone know if there are aftermarket glow plugs for L3010? If so, brand and number?
Kubota does not make glow plugs.
Companies like NGK, Bosch and Beru are a major reputable suppliers.
Try doing some searching. Different brands will be present in various markets.
Companies like Coleman Equipment would sell glow plugs by NGK

Kubota is a JAPANESE company, hence most OEM electronics are JAPANESE company such as NGK or NipponDenso

I would remove one and inspect for makers-mark and partnumber.

As Bruce suggested remove a glow plug for the brand and number. You may also shoot an email to NGK and they will tell you which NGK plug is correct for your tractor and give you a price.

Thanks to everyone that offered help. I caused the problem to begin with by forgetting to take the glow plus out of the head before dropping it off at the machine shop. Then they didn't keep them, so I couldn't look at one. From what I can gather it appears that NGK makes the glow plugs for Kubota because NGK was the only hit on a cross match and I couldn't find anyone other than kubota parts dealers that could even order the NGK glow plugs. I did find some brands that I've never heard of that claimed that they would work, but didn't want to take the risk just to save a few bucks. Ended up ordering them through local dealer. Nobody had them in stock.
