L2900 injection pump timing?

The manual says between 17 and 19 degrees.and I seen on specs 18 degrees.is this picture what marks I should be seeing for 18 degree timming?

Is that next mark after the 20 degree Mark a 15 degree mark.or does each Mark go one degree at a time.and engine has upper knock.going to do conpretion test and injector pump timming and everything I can before tearing the engine apart.if it ever stops raining here in Ohio enough to get to it.

Gotcha,
I don't remember exactly on the marks, If i remember right the non number marks are 5` marks?
I'll see if I have an accessible flywheel hanging around that I can look at.
