Hi all I have a l2850 and it’s over charging upto 18-19v on full revs, I’ve changed the battery and regulator and it had a new alternator in 19 so confused to what to look at next ? Thanks

Connections. Poor connections. Grounds often get overlooked.

You can't tell if they are good by looking at them. Take them apart, clean them to bare, shiny metal, apply a thin coat of dielectric grease, and then you know they are good.

Don't overlook the quality of the connector itself, it's connection to the wire, and the cable itself. Corrosion can wick up inside a cable and do a lot of damage without being visible.

With that level of voltage output, your alternator is receiving maximum field current all the time. Possible causes: 1. Failed regulator (contacts stuck in relay causing full field), 2. short in wiring external to alternator putting battery full voltage on the field, 3. internal short in alternator allowing it to develop field voltage internally.

#3 is least likely.

That seems pretty high...You're going to boil your battery at that rate.

On which device are you seeing this voltage? Dash meter built into tractor? Harbour Freight $19.95 cheapie? Other?

Have you confirmed this voltage with a 2nd handheld voltmeter/multimeter?
