L2550 with loader

I just bought an 1985 to 90 L 2550 tractor with loader and I have a cam super line scout 7000 pound trailer. I was thinking about hauling it with it. Looks like it’ll just fit on the trailer. I was just wondering if you thought it might work. Looks like there shouldn’t be any problem weight wise. I was just wondering about the center of gravity above the deck since the tractor is as wide as the deck . Will it be tippy going around corners.The tires will just fit on 64 inches wide. Any thoughts?

You might try loading it with loader on first, or then, loader to rear.
See which way gives you a reasonable tongue weight.
10-15% of total is considered proper tongue weight.
You will be able to visually see if it seems to make sense.

They describe a no cost way to do it.

It only needs to be done once, for loading each respective piece of equipment.

I have my trailer deck marked for proper repeat positioning.

A tongue weight scale may also be purchased from Amazon, for about $150.

I edited my post I was more wondering about the center of gravity above. The deck is going around corners of the tractor. Might wanna tip the whole trailer over.

High center of gravity is the reason I do not like "deck over" trailers.

I cannot find a 7,000lb. single axle trailer offered on the Cam Superline web page.
They do have a 7,000lb tandem axle shown though.

Your not going to tip a trailer over on it's side that's loaded with a tractor, unless you put the wheels in a ditch or try and take turns at mach speed.

I also have a #7,000 trailer and I think our tractors are of a comparable weight.

I agree that he will be fine.

For tongue weight measurements, I bought one from E Trailers that I like. (glad I got one when they were $115 though)
