L2501 Tool Box on the fender

[Repair]

I added a tool box to the Left side fender on my sons L2501, I would have painted it but I ran out of time before I have to take it back to him and get mine back.

I just used an ammo box and these isolators -

I like it and think a color contrast is the way to go. Want to put one on my LX10 and paint it the old Kubota frame navy blue. Planning to paint my red Titan ballast box that color some day.

I have a big mortar box or something that is a lot heavier than a normal ammo box... and I feel like it would wreck my M5660 fender, especially loaded with tools. But damn I love this idea!

I did something a bit bigger...and added a reinforced bracket to hold the weight.

Wish i had a place to bolt a tool box onto our BX23s. I`ve seen people mout them on the ROP`s, but that wont work for me. If you mounted it on the inside of the ROPS, then you`ll be running into it while running the backhoe. If i were to mount one on the outside of the ROPS, then i`d have to worry about wackin the tree branch`s everywhere i go with the tool box hangin out there in the way. Sometimes these tiny tractors dont allow you to mount things onto them.
