Can you get an implement to temporarily operate away from the tractor by turning the hydraulic pump at about 540 rpm’s? Need to test some components before total install

I have backhoe on a trailer and I need to get the bucket and the boom to move to get it off . It’s sorta pinned down

If I'm understanding this correctly, you have a PTO pump powered BH that you need to move.
If so yes you can hook the PTO Pump up if your hoses are long enough.
Careful an unattached BH can get super unstable really quick!
