Hi, I have a L2000DT and need to find out the equivalent Kubota model, is it the L225DT? I also need a diagram of the front axle assembly as I have only the manual for the 2wd model, can anyone help please:)

Hello Kylie, yes your L2000DT is the equivalent of a L225DT.

Try HERE for the parts diagram, I've just sent a request myself, hope it works out.

Thanks Kytim.

Kylie, I just received an email from the link in my post with the parts diagram I needed, very happy.
Now I just have to find a front axle bracket!

Hi all, hopefully I can have someone provide a answer to this: Speaking of equivalent; just brought home a well kept L2600DT, purchased from a Kubota dealer in Texas. If the L2600 DT is a gray tractor, how can a Kubota dealer get away with it if they can't service Grey Kubota's or sell me any parts?

Interesting question- they can't import and sell them, but I assume they can resale units that they get off of a private party. My local Kubota dealership has used gray market tractors that come through trade-ins, and they resale them.

Good comment, Kytim. I belong to two other tractor forums, and they pale in comparison to the fellowship and helpfulness at OTT. This is like family.

I had luck finding a front diff for my L225DT/L2000DT at Southern Global Tractor. 8667425748. Ask for Anna. Last time i talked to her she had a complete L2000DT for parts.

Good Luck

Just a pity she won't ship to Australia.

I have a cracked front axle bracket that leaves me with no confidence in the integrity of the front end and very cautious when using the FEL.

Initial enquiries with SGT looked promising, until I mentioned the delivery address.
Oh well.

Thanks Daniel, really appreciate the offer.

I do have a forwarding agent in California so I can supply a US delivery address for distributors that do not ship to Australia.

SGT did not directly say they wouldn't ship to OZ, just a bit of reading between the lines on my part. TBH for all I know they probably don't have the part I need.
A lot of people here have had great dealings with SGT so I was wrong to infer otherwise.

It looks like I may have to disassemble the tractor and use my existing part to fabricate a replacement. Once that is done I'll have an attempt at welding the crack, just for the experience.

Thanks again for the offer.
