L185 vs. L175 head

Hi

I have been told that an l185 head is the same as an l175 head but I would like to make sure. I called the dealer and they said no . They are both z750a engines but somehow the 185 is supposed to be more hp. Can anyone help with this?
If they are interchangeable would the vales be the same or is that the difference?
Would a complete l175 engine bolt in?

The heads are the same. The crankshafts are different though & the l175 crank won't accept the transm input shaft of the L185 (been there)
