I recently bought an L175 and even more recently a k600 backhoe. The tractor does not have any remote hydraulics from what I can tell. First and foremost, the steering went out of it the second time i tried to mow my yard. Looking for some links to where I can replace it. Seen people post here about aftermarket replacements. Also curious about the front pto that was an electric clutch option. Wondering if any one has info on adding a hydraulic pump to it. Appears to be 21 spline shaft around 1 and 1/8th inch diameter.

Trying to run a hydraulic pump off of a electric clutch is a Huge task for it and very likely would lead to early failure.

If your looking to power the BH use the rear PTO and a PTO pump.

Was more looking to use the front pto with small drive shaft to run the hydraulic pump all the time the tractor runs. Looking for a from end loader and was thinking that a pto style pump would be the best option for running the loader and backhoe rather than the tractors factory pump. Also allows me to drop the hoe and run other equipment without having to remove rear pump and also allows for expansion tank to remain with the tractor

That could work. Just remove the electric clutch assembly from that front PTO shaft assembly and couple the shaft directly to the hydraulic pump you are adding. I actually have that setup off of my L245F that I am not using, if you are looking.
