Hi, I'm new to the forum and new to tractors. I have a L175 with one very rusted rear wheel. It has AG tires. From my research,finding a replacement wheel is going to be difficult. I know people repair rusty wheels. My thoughts are to purchase a new blank 7"x24" outer rim then remove the original center disc by grinding away the welds to free it from the outer rim then weld it to the new outer rim. Would this be the best way to make the repair? Your thoughts and advice are welcome,thanks.

I have wheels from a L225. I think they are the same. What size tire do you have? Is it four wheel drive?
Thanks for the reply. The tractor is two wheel drive. The tire size is 8.3/8-24. I would be interested in your wheels if they are the same as mine.
It looks like the L225 had a wider tire (9.5-24) but possibly the same 7" wheel. I plan on replacing all the tires.
