My book is for a l175 and it say sae 80 for trans.
Is this for the hydro as well?
Is it all the same? I opened the fill cap below he seat and it looked foamy

If by hydro, you mean the hydraulics that run the 3pt, yes you can use sae 80 gear oil.
Yes it is all the same reservoir.
Some slight foaminess is normal if you checked it shortly after running it, but if it is milky at all, its contaminated with moisture and needs to be drained / flushed / filled.

The only 80sae I've found is 80-90 gear lubricant. Is that ok?
I try to be correct on my tractors. People kill me who just leave them outside and don't care for them. This is my first kubota and I would like to get it back on its feet. The p.o. Left it outside for about two years.
