Your temps sound good for what your doing, you can lower the temp a couple of degrees by going 50/50 on the water coolant mix but probably won't even notice.
today i went again for tilling some hard ground and it was a really hot day..
i see for a moment 105C (221f) even when i was working hard the little bota.
normally was fixed at 100C..
