Kubota Z725 turns over but does not crank

I have a Kubota Z725 Zero turn that will turn over but will not crank. This mower was bought new last year and only used for one mowing season.

Mower engaged?
Bad battery connections?
Bad battery?
Bad starter?

When was it last running? Has the fuel gone bad sitting too long?

Now not to be a tailhole - but crank and turn over are synonymous with each other. To turn over IS the cranking.

Your problem is no "fire" on that gas engine.

DID you use non-ethanol gas?

Did you pull the plug to see if it is wet?

Did you run it dry when put up at the end of summer last year?

Are you saying you can turn it over by hand, but the started will not spin it?
Is the starter turning the engine over (which is cranking) and the engine will not start/run?
