…and we’re not advocating the safety of basket use. I have chains at each bottom edge back to the fork frame and ratchet strap at the top. Before doing this I spent some time practicing simultaneous dual function, curl or dump at same time as lifting or lowering. You have to work at keeping the basket floor level going up and coming down. I always lower when changing location. People die frequently falling from ladders so I’ll leave it to the debate community on the safety of baskets. If you google you can find man baskets made for this purpose.

Definitely get the forks though - most often “implement” you will use.

I think Titan has them starting at $210 which I thought was really reasonable. Another thing with smaller BX tractors is making sure you have Ballast/weight on the rear for counter weight, wouldn't take much to upset one without it.

Well Kim since you jumped right in I told you this was a big dysfunctional family .. lol,, Though at this juncture I will comment, and in all seriousness no matter what you do with the new beasty, stop, think it through, then think it through again, and go slow. The SIL is a USMC lifer, and one of his best training sayings ,, slow is smooth,,,, smooth is fast ,,, take your time and everything will get there,, and please dont get complacent, complacently will get you hurt or worse,,, So go play have fun and enjoy !

Wait just one minute !! You should not judge the gender of a tractor driver by the back view of a ponytail.
My pony tail is just as long !
😂 I’ve seen her from a few additional perspectives so I’m pretty confident of her gender. After 32 years with her I’m also confident if I posted a clear picture of her online in “work mode” I would be in far more trouble than it’s worth.

Here is a pic of my wife tilling our 1/4 acre garden back in 2009 with the BX2230 (which has been replaced with a B2601) and moving several tons of landscaping stone.
