Kubota v1200 engine

I have had a hell of a time finding information about this engine so I'm hoping someone can shed some light on it.

From what I've been able to find, it was used in the kubota b9200. What I'm looking for is a hydraulic pump that attaches directly to the engine. The closest thing I was able to find was this thread: https://www.orangetractortalks.com/forums/threads/b8200-hydraulic-gear-pump.26693/

Now that pump looks like it will fit, but I can't find the gpm ratings. I want at least 9gpm for the hydraulic pump. The 7200, 8200, and 9200 apparently had similar style pumps and are interchangable, but I don't know what else might be compatible.

The standard pump on the B9200 is 7.1GPM. Kubotabooks has the WSM of Kubota's 70mm stroke engines (V1200 is one of them) which might have more specifics in it for pump options.

It documents my adventures with replacing my B7100 pump with the White House Products B8200 replacement. In short, there are two possible B8200 pumps; they look nearly identical, but they are not interchangeable.

Newer B8200 models have a gear drive unit that increases output by increasing rotation speed. The gear drive reverses the direction of rotation, so a LEFT HAND pump is required.

Older B8200 models -- and my B7100 -- are driven directly from the camshaft. The mounting flanges are identical but a RIGHT HAND pump is required.

So check your machine out very carefully before buying and retrofitting a pump from a different model.

(And if you do need a Left hand pump for a B8200, I can do you a sweet deal on a new, unused White House Products aftermarket replacement)

I picked up a newer(used) v1200 4 cylinder engine out of an unknown machine which I'm using to repower my bobcat which has a blown engine. I saw the engine run before I bought it, it runs great. However due to how cramped it is, I didn't want to run the aux pump via chain drive if I could run a pump driven directly off the engine.

That looks like the mount for a direct drive pump all right. However, Bobcats need a LOT of flow, way more than the little tractor hydraulic pumps can deliver. I don't know how much your auxilliary pump supplies, but the little camshaft-driven pumps seem to supply 3 to 7 GPM.

The machine is actually chain driven, I'm mounting a sprocket on the flywheel. I do need a pump to drive the bucket though. The stock is 8gpm, I was hoping there would be something around that, but I guess it would be a bit on the slow side. The issue is, as you can see I'm not exactly swimming with room, so getting a pump in there is going to be tricky. That's why when I found out it had an optional pump, I was curious.

I am no expert. It may well be that you can find a pump with the correct mounting base and drive tang that is big enough to supply 8gpm. You would have to take some careful measurements and contact a pump supplier or browse some online catalogs.

For the record, White House Products gives the following dimensions for the direct drive pump that fits the B7100, B8200, etc (Their product number 5P1/41041GPO (GPO120R EQUIVALENT):

RIGHTHAND ROTATION KUBOTA TRACTOR PUMP, 13.4MM SHORT TANG 6.8MM WIDE, 4-BOLT MOUNTING FLANGE 58MM SPIGOT AND 63x63MM HOLE CENTRES , 1/2 JBSP SIDE INLET, 3/8 JBSP SIDE OUTLET, 73MM WIDE ACROSS THE PORTS.
